What I didn't expect: roughly half the founding team slots filled in the first 6 hours. There were 20 slots available at 9am.
There are 11 left right now.
If you read this morning's email and went "I'll think about it," this is where I tell you: don't think about it. Think about it Wednesday and the founding team slots will be gone, the methodology mapping session ($1,500 free) will be off the table, and you'll be paying public launch prices for the rest of your time as a customer.

P.S. A VP Sales at a 60-rep mid-market team in Austin signed up at 11am today, replied to the confirmation email by noon, booked a demo by 3pm, and asked what payment forms we accept by 7pm. That's how this audience moves when something resonates. Don't be the person who replies in 6 weeks asking if founding pricing is still available, because the answer will be no.
